Yet again they got the order slightly wrong. Didn’t get the sauces correct for the Kebab bowl and didn’t even supply the ordered sauce for the pizza

This is the second low quality meal we’ve had so wanted to give feedback. Fish supper - chips were ok but only lukewarm. Fish batter was soggy and fish was just warm Chicken Kebab- Chicken was burnt, overcooked and dry, pitta bread was over cooked and like a piece of cardboard, salad was squashed and hot from the food. Accompanying dips were nice however couldn’t eat much due to the food being inedible. Greek Salad- Nice large salad, could do with a little more feta and the dressing coming separately. In the past we have had good meals from here however it just seems to not be the same and probably won’t return.

Usually have great experience with you guys but delivery took over an hour, food was lukewarm & 2 items missing on arrival. Hopefully a blip!

I did not receive salad ans sauces which i had ordered so was disappointed, wont use delivery service again but may use collection as u get asked on arrivel and can watch them getting added

Waited an hour and 45 minutes for a large fish supper phoned after an hour to see what the hold up with the delivery was, told it was just leaving the shop I phoned again half an hour later as it still hadn’t arrived (we stay a ten minute drive from brig netherton) only to be told that there was other deliveries to make on the way it eventually arrived 1 hour and 45 minutes after order was placed, the food arrived looking like it had been thrown around it was freezing cold and soggy. I use the brig netherton regularly as it’s my son’s favourite and never had a bad meal unfortunately the wait and quality of food has put him off and we won’t be using them again. No apologies from either the driver or the brig regarding wait

I arrived at 19:40 when my order was due. The young girl I spoke to at the counter after I advised my order went to pasta station. The order was pulled, she spoke to the man who proceeded to pull out 2 pans and. begin cooking. As the girl came back k to the counter she said it would be there just now, I asked was she telling me it hadn’t even been started to which she stated no no it’s cooking. This was clearly a blatant lie. I watched my fox being cooked at speed. When my order was hurriedly packed she quietly said my name. As I took the food I said she should not have lied to me as if clearly just watched it being cooked. Another lady jumped in aggressively stating she had not lied, when I stated I had just watched and it was a blatant lie, once again aggressively stating she had not lied, to which the other woman jumped in stating she didn’t lie repeatedly. I stated if she hadn’t deliberately lied why when realising did she not update me that the lady who first jumped in state yes she should have. I then stated that we of course no that wasn’t true as I’d stood watching the whole thing. To which there was a chorus of it doesn’t matter. Absolutely appalled at the poor level of customer service. If you cannot manage on line orders (which should have an accurate collection time provided) then you should certainly at least concede the error and be apologetic. Making out the customer is stupid and cannot see what is going on right in front of them, lying to them then aggressively responding to being confronted with the facts is completely unacceptable. The food due to being cooked at high speed was piping hot in bits and cold in others. This is one of my daughter & I favourite takeaways. We automatically are charged a service charge. Surely this should not be to be treated with extreme rudeness and distain. In future we will take our business somewhere that appreciates our custom & has the professionalism to be honest when things go wrong. Negative star rating for customer service & middle rating for food as it was not to an appropriate standard due to your staff mishandling of orders. An awful experience all round.

I am deaf and although have speech, the staff generally understand my SSE ( sign supported English.) Some make the effort to sign thank you back to me. I feel valued as a customer. From ordering to collection, very things month and seamless. I wouldn’t go anywhere else . The good is excellent . ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
